COSYHOMES® is seeking lands for property developments or housing complexes to be restructured. Either we proceed to the acquisition of the land, either we ask the owner’s permission to build with waiver of the right of accession. During the pre-sale of apartments, COSYHOMES will sell these construction quota shares according to the work progress report. In return, the landowner will receive these land quota shares four months after signing the sale agreement.
